Spread across the table lies a machete, an ax, a knife, a pistol, a baseball bat, a can of gas (I assume it comes with a lighter or matches), and piano wire for strangling. Aside from the gas can, everything sparkles as if they are brand new.

The options are endless, and lucky for me, I get the pick of the litter.

The choice is quite easy. I’ll take the pistol and I waste no time saying… well, indicating so.

Since I’m bound and gagged, I nod my chin and grunt, hoping my captor understands how I choose to die.
